These are some of the cells, reactors, and test stands I designed and built developing molten-salt electrolysis for making and recycling metals.
Everything runs very hot, so most of the hardware is sealed stainless vessels with graphite crucibles inside, and flanged lids crowded with feedthroughs for electrodes, thermocouples, and gas lines.
